PAPER RECYCLING DRIVE
We have a new addition to our TRA$H FOR CA$H program. Each Friday morning students will be out front to help unload your recyclables from your vehicle. Bring magazines, newspapers, old phone books, cardboard boxes flattened, and other paper for recycling. If you have a large amount of recyclables you can go directly to Southeast Recycled Fiber. Go South on Royal Street and turn left on Monroe Street near the old train depot. Pull up slowly on the left side of the building onto the scales. Tell them you are with Parkview Montessori and then pull forward to the back and they will help you unload. Then go back onto the scales to be weighed again and they will give you a receipt. You can send your receipt into the middle school if you would like to help them keep up with the amount of recyclables being taken to the center. Thanks for “being part of the solution”!
We accept the following:
Newspapers, Cereal boxes, Cardboard boxes (broken down if possible), Junk mail, Magazines, Phone books, and any papers that are not foil-lined.
EASY and SIMPLE!
Just another way to help our school and the environment!!
